The Great Singapore Sale Guide is the Unofficial Guide For The Great Singapore Sale (GSS) and The Singapore Year End Sale (YES) – which also includes Christmas Sale.
It’s founded, maintained and run by a fan of both the above mentioned sale and is not affiliated to The Great Singapore Sale or Singapore Tourist Promotion Board (STPB).
Oh and that fan mentioned above is me … James Soh and I’ve been writing about those sales and promotions from GSS or YES on my other website (LivingInSingaporeToday.com) since 1998.
So why do I start another website if I’ve been writing it for so long?
Well … there are 3 reasons:
1) There are simply too many sales/promotions during these two periods to write the way I write on LivingInSingaporeToday.com.
2) I find myself repeating almost the same information over and over again for the same sale over the years.
3) After almost 4 years of writing about sales … sometimes it’s hard to find the information you want … there are just too many of the same thing on one site.
So I want to start a more organized site for sales and promotions just for these 2 periods : The Great Singapore Sale (GSS) and The Singapore Year End Sale (YES).
Currently, I’m doing a quiet soft launch for fans of LivingInSingaporeToday.com (my loyal readers) with just the Great Singapore Sale Status page … more will be added in due time and I’ll guide you through the website when it’s ready.
